Alleyne, Sealy dropped from CCC squad

Barbados Cricket Association article.

Bridgetown, Barbados - Opener Anthony Alleyne and fellow Barbadian, fast bowler Dawayne Sealy, have been dropped from the Combined Campuses & Colleges (CCC) 13-man squad for the sixth round WICB first-class match against Windward Islands in St. Vincent, April 4 to 7.

They have been replaced by Paul Palmer, a 22-year-old Jamaican left-hand opening batsman and 20-year-old Justin Greaves, a former Barbados and West Indies Under-19 team fast bowling all-rounder.

Barbadian pacer Kevin McClean, who was in the squad for the last match against Trinidad & Tobago, is injured.

Squad: Steven Jacobs (captain), Paul Palmer, Shacaya Thomas, Kyle Corbin, Raymon Reifer, Chadwick Walton, Kavem Hodge, Floyd Reifer, Ryan Austin, Akeem Dewar, Jomel Warrican, Jermaine Levy, Justin Greaves.


Management: Steven R Leslie (manager), Floyd Reifer (coach), Andrew Simpson (physiotherapist/trainer), Sir Curtly Ambrose (Bowling consultant), Corey Collymore (assistant coach).
